Our Story
The best beef is grown right here in the Mid-West. We are passionate about it being produced and shared locally with family and friends. Our cattle are a crossbreed of registered Gelbvieh, Red Angus, and Black Angus, which is commonly referred to as a Balancer Breed. They are pasture-raised in a low stress environment without antibiotics or growth hormones, treated with kindness, and respected. Upon weaning, our cattle are fed by hand daily and go through carefully controlled management practices that have been handed down from legacy generations to keep them naturally healthy and supported with excellent nutrition.
Our goal is to achieve the perfect combination of high quality beef at the best prices for each and every customer, who orders from us. We focus largely on customer satisfaction, and invite you to experience cuts unlike any other. As a small ranching operation with acreage on Chaffee Farms, running along the spring fed waters of Elm Creek in Shawnee County, Kansas, we never want you to be less than completely satisfied. |
